Shipping Policy We offer free shipping to all our customers in the U.S or U.S. dependencies. Free shipping takes 4 to 8 business to arrive.

Here are our general policies for shipping and handling:
- Orders placed by 3:00 pm PST will be shipped out the same day.
- Free shipping items are mostly shipped with First Class USPS mail.
- Free shipping is available ONLY to our US customers. FedEx and UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd day are not available during Saturdays, Sundays and FedEx and UPS holidays.
- For example, if you placed your order for Next Day on a Friday, you will get it on Monday.
- COD shipments are handled by UPS. Priority Mail packages are NOT guaranteed delivery.
- Packages will arrive from a discreet business name. We will name the business on the invoice. It’s a different name for discretion. All the packaging process is videotaped.
- We have no fulfillment on Saturdays. We are closed on all federal holidays and no packages will be shipped.
- International customers accept the risks of package loss or damage. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
- Customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipients, we accept no responsibility.
- We mail no solicitation or advertisement to your mailing address.
- Packages used are discreet and crush proof. Boxes and packages used will not indicate about the content of package for US deliveries.
- For international deliveries, there will be some indication for custom and regulatory purposes. Some countries do not allow certain ingredients into their borders. Please check such issues before placing your order.

When you place an Order, we may ask you for certain information and you may submit personal data to (for example your name, phone number, postal address, email address, contact and bank/credit card details).

Any products purchased from other suppliers or retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy. Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the attachments and documentation that were included when you received it. .

To order a product, you must;
1- First click on the item you are interested in purchasing to see the specifications of the product, along with price and details and the more information tab. Add the Quantity you wish to buy and Click
2- “Add to Cart” button to add the product to your Shopping Cart. Much like shopping in a regular store, your shopping cart keeps your items safely held waiting for you while you continue browsing for other products to purchase. Whenever you add a product to your cart a confirmation notice will show you exactly what you have just added and at what price. You can click ‘View cart’ (at the right top of the website) at any time to see your cart, which has a listing of the products you have chosen as well as a total price before any shipping costs or tax has been added. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
The price for each product is shown on is NOT included of any taxes. We collect taxes in the State of California We always try to make sure that the prices on are accurate but errors may occur.
If we discover an error in the pricing of the products in your order we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with.
We will then give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. (If we are unable to reach you we will treat the order as canceled).
If an order is canceled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.
